Sauza Hornitos Tequila Plata (40%)

A clean, lively silver tequila made from 100% blue agave, double-distilled and unaged. The Hornitos brand is produced by the Sauza Tequila Import Company. It is presented with no wood ageing and no colouring, emphasising fresh agave, citrus and herbal notes. It is suited to cocktails, margaritas and casual sipping, though sharper when neat. The tasting profile gives floral and herbal aromas with light citrus and fresh agave, an agave-forward palate with citrus brightness, herbal undertones and soft cooked agave, and a warm, moderately dry finish with lingering herbal, citrus and agave echoes.
