Savage & Cooke Guero Reserve Bourbon 17 Year Old

Savage & Cooke Guero Reserve is a 17 year old bourbon. Guero was the nickname given to Dave Phinney at his first harvest job, where he worked on an all-Mexican crew. It translates as "light-skinned". The days and nights spent in the winery as part of that temporary harvest team remain among Phinney's fondest memories. The bourbon is described as rich, elegant and complex, with plenty of caramel, exotic baking spices and vanilla from the barrel age.
