Savage & Cooke Lil' Guero 7 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey (75cl, 50%)

Lil' Guero is a seven-year-old bourbon from Savage & Cooke, bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of 38 selected barrels of whiskey distilled in Indiana, then matured for most of its life in the coastal conditions of Savage & Cooke in Northern California. The whiskey rests in new charred American oak and is brought down to strength with water from the Alexander Valley property. The tasting notes begin with maple, caramel and toasted oak on the nose, then move to dark fruit, cacao and vanilla on the palate.
