A rum agricole from Savanna, made from fresh sugar cane juice in the volcanic lands of Martinique. The 2021 vintage is noted for its vibrant character and balance of strength and refinement.
It is aged in French oak barrels, which soften the profile while keeping its original identity. On the palate it is firm, with fresh acidity and flavours of sugar cane, citrus, vanilla and a touch of toasted wood. The finish is long and enveloping.
