An agricole rum from Savanna, made exclusively from fresh sugar cane juice grown on the volcanic slopes of La Reunion. Distillation uses traditional column and bain-marie stills, and ageing in oak casks brings vanilla, delicate spices and a subtle minerality recalling the volcanic soil. The palate is full-bodied and warm, with a lingering finish reflecting the richness of the raw material. It suits aromatic cigars or sophisticated cocktails such as a Dark and Stormy.
