Savio Genepi Vrai (70cl)

An aromatic spirit from the Savio distillery, made with genepi, an alpine herb. It has a pale straw-yellow colour. The nose shows fresh herbaceous notes, alpine flowers and a light sweetness. On the palate genepi brings vibrant freshness, with a balanced structure and well-integrated alcohol; the finish is persistent and clean, leaving a pleasantly aromatic sensation. It works as a digestif after a rich meal or as a base for cocktails needing a distinct aromatic profile. Serve chilled. In a 70cl bottle.
