Sazerac Full Proof Rye Whiskey 125 Proof (75cl, 62.5%)

Sazerac Full Proof Rye is a Kentucky rye whiskey distilled at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort and bottled at full barrel proof, 62.5% ABV (125 proof), in a 750ml bottle. It carries no age statement. It takes the character of the regular Sazerac Rye and presents it undiluted. It joined the Sazerac Rye range as a permanent addition, announced in November 2025. The nose is typically described as rye spice, fresh dill and smoky oak. The palate has a smooth sweetness with floral and herbal notes, vanilla, clove, orange, rich oak and pepper, and the finish is long, warming and classically rye.
