Sazerac Rye Full Proof is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey from Buffalo Trace Distillery, bottled at 125 proof (62.5%) in a 750ml bottle.
It is made from Buffalo Trace's low-rye mash bill and matured in hand-selected barrels. It joined the permanent Sazerac range in late 2025.
The nose combines rye spice with fresh dill, smoky oak, a herbal lift and warm sweetness. Sweetness leads the palate, followed by bold rye grain, floral tones, herbal complexity and rich oak, and the finish is long, lightly peppery and warm.
