Sazerac Rye is an American rye whiskey in a 70cl bottle, tied to the tradition and history of New Orleans, which the name links to the 1800s. It was the whiskey used in the original Sazerac cocktail, described as the first branded American cocktail. The nose brings vanilla, clove, anise and pepper. The palate is candied spice with citrus, and the finish is smooth, with liquorice and smoked pepper.
