Sazerac Rye Whiskey (75cl, 45%)

Sazerac Rye Whiskey is an American rye distilled by Buffalo Trace and bottled at 45% ABV in a 75cl-sized 750ml bottle. Its name comes from the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street in New Orleans, where, in the 1800s, patrons were served toddies made with rye whiskey and Peychaud's Bitters. That drink became known as the Sazerac, described as America's first branded cocktail. The aroma has clove, vanilla, anise and pepper, with subtle candied spice and citrus. The finish is big and smooth, with hints of liquorice.
