Scallywag The Winter Edition is a Speyside blended malt Scotch whisky finished in ice wine casks. It is bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.4% in a 70cl bottle, with no added colouring and no chill-filtration.
The Scallywag range was inspired by the Douglas Laing family's Fox Terriers and is built on aged Speyside single malts matured mainly in Spanish sherry casks. Rich dark fruits, chocolate and spice are the notes to expect, with vanilla coming late.
