Scallywag (70cl)

Scallywag is a blended malt from Speyside, Scotland, in a 70cl bottle. It combines single malts from the region, matured mostly in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and has a rich amber colour. The nose has dark chocolate, raisins and figs, with a thread of vanilla and warm cinnamon. On the palate come milk chocolate, toasted malt and walnuts, with a hint of tobacco and leather, and a long, distinctly spicy finish.
