This is a single cask Scapa from Orkney, distilled on 1 May 2009 and matured for a decade in a first-fill barrel, number 930. It was bottled in 2020 at 58.4% as a 10 year old. One of just 336 individually numbered bottles, it is described as smooth, gentle and rich in character. The palate is sweet and tangy, with milk chocolate covered honeycomb and soft toffee.
