This is a 12 year old single cask single malt from Scapa, and the first Scapa to be finished in rum barrels. It belongs to the Distillery Reserve Collection and the Cask Finished series.
The spirit was distilled on 30 May 2013, matured in American oak barrels and then finished in rum barrel number 54. It was bottled on 27 August 2025 at a cask strength of 51.7%.
The rum barrel adds a honeyed, floral taste that balances the salty, coastal character of the whisky.
