Scapa 16 Year Old is an unpeated single malt from the Scapa distillery on Orkney, matured for 16 years in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Signature core range introduced in 2024, the distillery's first permanent range since 1885.
The nose combines tropical mango, vanilla fudge, mulled spices, pear drops and zesty clementine. On the palate there is ripe mango, in a sweet, spiced and fruity style, and the whisky is described as honeyed and full.
