Scapa 16 Year Old is an Orkney single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 48% ABV. It was matured in ex-American oak casks and is non-chill-filtered. It is an original distillery bottling in the Scapa range, and the American oak gives the spirit a subtle vanilla note and a gentle sweetness. Tasting notes describe warm spices alongside fruit that recalls ripe apples and pears.
