Scapa 16 Year Old is a small batch single malt from Scapa, a distillery founded on Orkney in 1885 and overlooking Scapa Flow. It is one of the northernmost distilleries in Scotland. The 16 year old matured in bourbon casks and has a layered, silky profile of apple pie with vanilla custard and mulled wine spices.
