This is a 16 year old Scapa single malt from the Orkney islands, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in American oak casks.
The nose offers honey, pear and vanilla with a hint of sea breeze. The palate is soft and balanced, with caramel, light fruit and understated wood. The finish is mild, round and fairly long.
