Scapa 16 Years Old is an unpeated single malt from the Scapa distillery on Orkney, owned by Pernod Ricard. It was matured for 16 years, mainly in first-fill American oak casks. The nose offers juicy mango, old leather and vanilla cream with orange peel. The palate is silky and creamy, with spiced apple pie, soft caramel, roast pineapple and toasted oak. The finish is long, fruity and lightly spiced.
