This is a single cask Scapa from Orkney, distilled in a single pair of stills on 28 February 2000. It matured for 19 years in the distillery's warehouses in a first fill barrel, cask #26.
The whisky was drawn from the cask on 29 May 2019 and bottled at a natural cask strength of 49.9% abv. The release is 312 bottles.
It is waxy and sweet, with toffee apple, raspberry compote and honeyed notes, followed by a long, soft finish.
