This is a 19 year old single cask single malt from Scapa, distilled on 27 March 2000 and bottled in 2020 at a natural cask strength of 52%. It matured in a first fill barrel, number 609, and 312 bottles were released.
Scapa uses Scotland's only surviving Lomond wash still, which has amplified the fruitiness of the spirit.
On the palate there are notes of raspberry and berry compote, tangy orange marmalade and hazelnuts.
