This is a 21 year old Scapa from Orkney, bottled by the distillery at cask strength, 50.7% ABV. It was matured in American oak and is non-chill-filtered; colour has been added.
The nose offers apricot jam with fresh raspberries, ripe banana and whipped cream, with oak and a little nutmeg. The palate brings peaches and mango wrapped in vanilla cream and sweetened condensed milk, with shortbread spiced with cardamom and cinnamon.
