Scapa – Glansa (70cl)

Scapa Glansa is a single malt from the Scapa distillery on Orkney, in a 70cl bottle. Part of its maturation takes place in casks that previously held peated whisky, which gives it a smoky edge. The nose combines honey and vanilla with ripe fruit and a little smoke. On the palate it is soft, with caramelised fruit, light spice and a touch of peat, leading into a long, smoky finish.
