Scapa Skyren is a single malt from the Scapa distillery on the Orkney islands, sold in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in oak casks, which bring out its sweet, fruity side. The nose is sweet and fruity, with honey and vanilla and a slight hint of sea herbs. On the palate it is rounded and balanced, leading to a warm, gentle finish.
