Scapa The Island is a single malt Scotch whisky from Orkney, in a 70cl bottle. It was crafted from carefully selected American oak casks.
The nose is delicately floral with a light note of pear, alongside sweet pineapple fruit with citrus. On the palate it is smooth and sweet, with ripe melon, fruity pear and lemon sherbet.
The finish is long and fresh, with a sparkling sweetness.
