An Italian grappa from the Schiavo distillery, distilled from selected grape pomace.
It has a 40% strength and comes in a 70cl bottle. The nose shows fresh fruit, delicate floral notes, almond and vanilla from light ageing in steel containers. On the palate it is strong but balanced, with clear flavour and a long, pleasantly warm finish.
It is suited to serving as a digestif after a meal.
