Schladerer Acquavite di Prugne Mirabelle (70cl)

An eau de vie made exclusively from selected ripe mirabelle plums, in the tradition of Alto Adige. It is clear in colour, with an harmonious aroma of sweet yellow fruit, floral and mineral accents typical of the alpine climate. On the palate it is soft and structured, with persistent notes of mirabelle plum and a balanced, enveloping sensation. Best enjoyed at the end of a meal, neat or with fruit-based desserts.
