Schramsberg Mirabelle Brut Rosé

Mirabelle Brut Rosé is a sparkling rosé from Schramsberg Vineyards, blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grown in cool-climate vineyards in Carneros, Anderson Valley and the Sonoma and Marin coastal areas of Northern California. Some of the Pinot Noir was fermented with skin contact, adding bright berry fruit and body, while the Chardonnay brings length and zest. Base wines aged for a year or more in barrels and tanks add depth and aromatic complexity. The aromas are fresh, elegant and toasty, leading to lively fruit on the palate.
