Sea Shepherd 12 Year Old is an Islay single malt named for the marine conservation organisation founded in 1977. The organisation, funded by donations, works against whalers, poachers and polluters. This whisky is bottled at a cask strength of 53.4% in a 70cl bottle.
It matured in bourbon casks and is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
Its notes are strong and maritime, built around smoke and peat.
