This is Seagram's Crown Royal Fine de Luxe, a blended Canadian whisky in a 75cl bottle at 40% ABV. The tax strip shows that the youngest whisky in the blend was distilled in 1970. It comes boxed, with a velvet bag. Crown Royal was produced by Joseph E. Seagram at its distillery in Gimli, Manitoba, which opened in 1968. Diageo bought the brand and distillery when Seagram was dissolved in the early 2000s and still produces it there. It is described as the best-selling Canadian whisky in North America.
