Seagram's VO Canadian Whisky (75cl, 40%)

Seagram's VO is a blended Canadian whisky, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The initials stand for Very Own, a nod to the blend's beginnings as the Seagram family's private whisky. It is aged in oak and is described as mellow and lightly sweet, with a smooth oak character. It can be served neat, or in a highball with ginger ale and lemon. On the nose there is light oak, vanilla and faint fruit. The palate is soft, with grain sweetness and gentle spice, and the finish is clean and lightly sweet.
