Secret Islay 31 Years is a single malt whisky from an undisclosed distillery in the Islay region of Scotland. It was distilled in November 1990 and bottled in April 2022 after maturation in Oloroso octaves. The release is limited to 186 bottles of 700 ml at 47.4% ABV. It is bottled without added colour and without chill filtration.
