This is Small Batch Edition #11 from Signatory Vintage, a 12 year old Speyside single malt from an undisclosed distillery. It was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2024 at 48.2% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose shows sweet sultanas, baked apple and candied orange, with dark honey and dried fruit coming later. The palate is full and balanced, with nutty honey pastry, warm plum compote, dark caramel and spicy cinnamon. The finish is medium and intense, with raisins, creamy vanilla and baked orange peel.
