This is a 15 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2025 by Elixir Distillers for The Single Malts of Scotland series. It matured entirely in a Spanish Oloroso sherry butt, from November 2009 to April 2025.
The butt gave it a dark mahogany colour and notes of dried fruit, spice and nuts, with a balance of fruitiness and spicy depth. It was bottled at 57.5% abv, unfiltered and without additives, and only 657 bottles were filled.
