A 15 year old Speyside single malt from North Star's 26th Series, bottled at 50.3% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in July 2009 and aged in sherry hogsheads.
The nose is funky, with Play-doh and farmyard notes. The palate is syrupy, recalling date syrup and sour cherry soup. The finish is unlike anything previously known from Speyside.
