Secret Speyside 1995 Auld Acquaintance Reserve

This is a Speyside single malt from 1995, selected by Berry Bros. & Rudd for their Auld Acquaintance Reserve. The distillery is not named. The whisky matured for over 25 years. It is a classic fruity Speysider with a great volume of flavour. The nose offers fruit cake, toffee and a little nougat, with orange peel and nutty aromas following. The palate starts soft and elegant, then fills out with fruit, toffee and honey-glazed nuts. The finish is long and well balanced.
