Secret Speyside 2007/2022 Single Cask (70cl, 62.8%)

This Secret Speyside is a single cask Single Malt Scotch from an undisclosed Speyside distillery, selected by Berry Bros. & Rudd. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2022 at 62.8%, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour, in a 70cl bottle. It has a pronounced sherry character. The nose is fruity, with citrus, strawberry and sherry with honey. The palate is creamy and oily, with tropical fruit, complex spice, pastry and plenty of raisins. The finish is intense and long, spicy, with sweet oak, pepper and chocolate.
