Secret Speyside A'Glac Charrann 27 Year Old (70cl)

Secret Speyside A'Glac Charrann 27 Year Old is a cask-strength Speyside single malt in a 700ml bottle. The whisky was distilled at the Imperial distillery in Carrann, which opened in 1897 and closed in 1998. It was aged for 27 years in American oak barrels and bottled without chill filtration, as part of the Secret Speyside Guest Distillery Collection. The nose is sweet, with ripe pear, honey, vanilla custard and cherry jam. On the palate come red apple, blackcurrants and orange chocolate, mixed with hazelnut and lemon drizzle. The finish is sweet and gently spiced.
