A single cask Craigellachie from Speyside, bottled by Secret Spirits at 12 years old. It was distilled in 2006, matured in a single bourbon hogshead and bottled in 2019.
It was bottled at a cask strength of 62.6% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose combines florals, tropical fruit and citrus. The palate brings pears, apples, honey roast nuts and warm spice, and the finish is long with sweet orchard fruits.
