Selbach-Oster Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese

A German Riesling from the Mosel, made by Selbach-Oster from grapes grown in the Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard, known for its slate-rich soil and ideal sun exposure. It is a sweet wine with a bright golden yellow colour, showing mature fruit, honey, white flowers and mineral notes, balanced by vibrant acidity. The structure is soft and enveloping, with a long, persistent finish. It pairs well with foie gras, blue cheeses and fruit-based desserts, or can be enjoyed on its own as a meditation wine.
