Oscari' is a sparkling wine from Sella & Mosca in Sardinia, made from the native Torbato grape. It is produced by the traditional method and shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections and fine, persistent bubbles.
The wine is lively and fresh, with balanced structure, typical Torbato minerality and a creamy texture from the fine bubbles. It works well as an aperitif and with raw fish, shellfish and fresh cheeses.
