A white wine from the Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC, made by Sette Anime.
It shows white-fleshed fruit, a hint of citrus and delicate white flowers, with a light but well-defined palate. Freshness, sapidity and a balance between softness and acidity give it an easy, clean and pleasant finish.
Serve chilled at around 8-10 °C in a wide glass. It suits aperitifs and simple fish, vegetable or salad dishes, and is best drunk young.
