"SEX" Pinot Noir Rosé from House of Smith has a clear, bright powder-pink colour. The nose shows wild strawberry, rose petals, a light citrus note and a delicate herbaceous touch. The body is slender, savoury and well balanced, with barely perceptible tannins and a fruity finish. It suits aperitifs and light dishes such as salads, raw fish, carpaccio and summer vegetable or fresh cheese dishes. Serve chilled, around 8-12 °C, in a wide glass.
