Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG 5 Stelle Sfursat Nino Negri

Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG 5 Stelle Sfursat is a red wine from Nino Negri, made using the traditional sfursat method with Nebbiolo grapes, locally called Chiavennasca. It has an intense garnet red colour with orange reflections. The nose offers mature red fruits, jam, spice, tobacco and cocoa from wood ageing. On the palate it is rich and powerful yet elegant and well structured, with enveloping, well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, dried fruit, plum, balsamic notes and light spice, ending in a long persistent finish.
