A Pinot Noir made from grapes from the youngest vines, with yields held at 45 hl/ha. It is fermented in large wooden vats and then matured for 12 months in older barriques. Bottling is done without pumping or filtration.
The aroma is marked by sweetness and charm, with cool Pinot Noir tones, mild spices and a little oak character such as vanilla. The palate is open and delicate, with good grip and nuances of cherry stone, cranberry and rose hip.
