Shibui 10 Year Single Grain is a Japanese single grain whisky aged for ten years and bottled at 43% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
It is matured entirely in virgin European white oak, with no sherry or wine-cask influence, which keeps the focus on the fresh, tropical character of the base spirit.
The nose is tropical fruit salad with whipped cream. On the palate, pineapple and mango come first, followed by vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
