This is an eight-year-old Japanese single grain whisky from Shibui, matured in sherry casks. A small-batch release, it brings a fruit-forward character to a richly structured style and is bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
Banana Foster and grilled pineapple sit over sweet toasted oak and baking spice. The finish is long, soft and complex, with a structured close.
