Shibui Grain Select Whisky (75cl)

Shibui Grain Select is a Japanese grain whisky matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry and mizunara oak casks. The three casks bring together vanilla, dried fruit and the sandalwood and incense character of mizunara on a grain base. The nose is light and floral, with gentle cereal notes and soft sweetness. On the palate come bright tropical fruit and coconut with a floral touch, and the finish is peppery and sweet.
