Mizunara oak finish
Shinobu 10 Year Old Mizunara Oak Finish is a Japanese whisky produced in Niigata, a port city at the mouth of the Shinano river. Shinobu means tolerance in Japanese. The whisky matured for 10 years in former sherry and bourbon casks. Master distiller Usami-san selects the casks and combines them in a Japanese Mizunara cask for the finish. It is bottled without artificial colouring.
