A Japanese umeshu liqueur from the Akashi distillery, made by infusing ume plums in alcohol and sugar.
It has a light amber colour and an aromatic bouquet of ripe plum, floral accents and vanilla.
On the palate it is velvety and rich, with natural plum sweetness balanced by subtle acidity and a lingering finish.
